HC Pickle-Thon Multi Format Event

12Hr Team Ladder (11am-11pm) / Open Play 5-11pm / 3hr Private Court Sponsorship (5-11pm)

 

All Proceed To Thon's Fight vs Childhood Cancer!

Thon Team Ladder Event Format:

• 8 Teams - Mixed or Women's Teams of any size or Men's Teams of 4 Players

• 2 Players from each team must be on court at all times for the full 12hrs Ladder 

• Teams can sub teammates any time between games.

• Gladiator scoring (Rally to 15, no win by 2, Don't need to be serving to win, Regular pickleball service rotation)

• Winners move up, Losers stay, Top court winner goes to bottom court. Bottom Court Score starts at 8-0 with losing team leading and serving.

• Team with most top court wins is the winner!

• $75 Donation per Player (see registration instructions below)

• Seeding: Teams are encouraged to raise additional donations from friends and family by adding their team name in the message section. Ladder seeding based on team total donations raised. Reset to starting seeding at halfway point to benefit top fund raising teams.

TEAM LADDER EVENT REGISTRATION: (includes all festivities 11am-11pm)

1. Secure your players and determine your Team's name

2. One team member send an email to tj@homecourtpickleball.com listing your team's players. All players will then be added to CR and pushed a CR registration confirmation

3. Each player use this Official Thon Donation Link below to directly make a $75+ per player Thon Donation. VERY IMPORTANT: When donating, select box to Include Your Name and then add your Team's Name in the message field so we can track team total donations for ladder seeding! Then SELECT GIVE BUTTON all the way at the bottom of the Thon site. (Don't select "Register Now" at top)

GENERAL ADMISSION EVENTS & REGISTRATION: ( 5PM-11PM):

1. Open Play Courts: Individual Players use this Official Thon Donation Link below to directly make a $10+ per player Thon Donation. VERY IMPORTANT: When donating, select the box that reads "Include Your Name". Including your name on your donation registers you for the event. Then SELECT GIVE BUTTON all the way at the bottom of the Thon site. (Don't select "Register Now" at top)

2. Three Hour Court Sponsorship: 3Hr private court for you and your friends. Court time blocks limited. Please email tj@homecourtpickleballclub.com to secure your court. Once confirmed via email response, use this Official Thon Donation Link below to directly make a $100+ Thon Donation. VERY IMPORTANT: When donating, select the box that reads "Include Your Name". Including your name on your donation confirms your court and auto-registers you for the event. Then SELECT GIVE BUTTON all the way at the bottom of the Thon site. (Don't select "Register Now" at top)
